Why I’m trying to quit landscape photography (and why I don’t think I’ll be able to) June 15th, 2025
Let me explain why I photograph nature, and then why I want to focus elsewhere...
Attempting Resolution January 3rd, 2025
I'm not terribly motivated by New Year's resolutions, but I will tell you what I will be aiming for this year.  Even though I'll undoubtedly fail often.   And what I have resolved to do is this: If and when I "waste time", it will be because I'm doing something I love.  That's it.  Doesn't sound hard, does it?  But somehow it is!

Happy World Photography Day! August 19th, 2023
I know I've been on "silent running" for the past few months- as you might remember, I mentioned I would be "pressing pause" on my Life is Art correspondence this year as I was shuffling around some new commercial work responsibilities, but have recently shuffled them back, and what better day to reconnect!?
