What to expect ordering prints-
Once we receive your order-request contact details, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule and will contact you to set up a secure payment invoice for you. Invoices can be paid securely via Interac E-Transfer. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes?
Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We’re not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
What is your shipping Policy?
All prints are shipped from my fulfilment vendor Printpartner, located in North York, Ontario, Canada. Therefore upon check out do not select ‘Pick up’ unless you live in the Greater Toronto area. Printpartner ships within North America using FedEx- Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address. For shipments outside Canada/US, contact me for other arrangements.
All shipping within continental North America is charged as a flat rate of $19.95 for amounts under $150 and $29.95 for amounts between $150 – $300. Order values above $300 will be charged at a rate of approximately 15% of order value calculated after discounts and before taxes. (Canadian dollars).
A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-5 days (once your finished order leaves Printpartner, which can be a 5-10 day turnaround).
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Your order may be canceled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not yet gone into production. We do not accept returns. If you must cancel your order please contact us ASAP by phone at 1-778-808-5833. If however your prints are damaged during shipping, please keep all packaging and contact us for further instructions to replace your prints.
